Following my heart, one book at a time...
In celebration of today’s new release in this series, I’ve put up the reading order. So many of you seem to realllllly love it, so I’m in! Bring on the angst!! Full length books and everything.
Here are some of the recommendations that had me one-clicking! One fellow reader proclaims it “one of the best series I’ve read all year. The end.” and another called it “Amazeballs”. Tee hee! I couldn’t help myself. I can’t wait to give these a go!
Remember When 2: The Sequel (The Remember Trilogy)
Another very good installment in this angsty romantic trilogy where the “normal girl” knew that Hollywood A-list star… way back when. A very fun topic to explore (and live through) indeed! (check out my review of book #1 if you haven’t read it yet), before jumping into this book.
Okay so while I thought part two would be more or less, the “college years” it actually skipped ahead to life after college. And I’m good with that! Real life, real adults and real decisions. Not that college doesn’t involve all of that, but you know… these characters were at a stage in their lives where they were feeling a need for stability and making decisions that might not have been in their best interest. Which made the “crazy” all that more fun for us!
The Edge of Always – SPOILER ALERT!!! Not really spoilers for THIS book, but for book #1 (The Edge of Never). If you haven’t read it yet, my suggestion is to read it ASAP (it’s one of my fav books ever) and THEN come back to this review, once you’re done. 🙂
<—- This was so good!!! To tell you the truth, I actually wondered where the author could take a second book , considering just how BIG the first one was. I mean, she wrote an actual full sequel to the first one, (not a different character’s POV, or a book about supporting characters). She actually went there. She took our very delicate HEA and she shook that sucker up! And she did it well.
Book #3 is almost finally here (releasing on December 10th!), and we just might get closure… might. 😉 If you haven’t read #1 yet, and you love uber-angst (kind of soap-opera style that will rip your heart out, stomp it, fix it, and rip it to shreds again, a la “love triangle” style) than these are SO for you!!!!! *See my review of book #1. These books put us in an emotional frenzy! Tie your e-readers to your wrists, my friends. You will wanna throw it a few times! 😉 If you haven’t read book #1 yet, skip the rest, below (but you can still look at the pretty cover)!! Oh! And here’s the Avoiding Series Reading Order
Rock star series and book #3 has just been released, so I decided to put up this reading order. And the recommendations look promising for this one, too. I haven’t read these yet, but just look at these reactions!
Joanna: I decided to read the excerpt of Bullet last night to decide if I want to buy it … Holy sh!t. I sat and read the whole book in one sitting, it was FANTASTIC. Now, it’s a book that will piss you off because the girl does something really stupid, over and over and over again… But it’s so good AND she’s really damned young when she does it AND what a wild ride AND totally worth it in the end. I’m so glad I got it and it made me realize – once again – that those incredible books that knock you on your ass are worth searching for!!!!
