Yolanda needs our book help, but this time, it’s more of a need for “more books like this” and I’m here for it! Okay okay… I know this is a VERY specific ask, but anything in this “feel” would make for a GREAT list!
This is EXACTLY what I consider a book that makes me want to throw my Kindle and I LOVE when that happens!! Also the fact that the heroine finds her HEA after all of the betrayal makes it all worth the initial pain. Reading pain… can be SO good!!

I am trying to find a Historical romance book where the FMC is an orphan who came to London for the first time alone in search of family, she was robbed I think, and rescued by the MMC, a Lord and became his mistress.
Later she was found by her grandfather who is also a Lord (Marquis maybe 🤔 ) and he tried to force the MMC to marry her for compromising her. MMC gets mad and feels betrayed but still fulfills his responsibility.
Mila needs our book help and OMG oooooooooh this one sounds IN.FUR.IAT.ING!!!!!!!! HOLY MOLY her description just made me madder and madder. And yet… I’m so intrigued!

I actually hated this book and I believe the words epic love, or soulmates, or maybe star-crossed lovers where used in the blurb book. I can’t recall.
The book is a dark romance. Maybe mafia or a crime organization thing going on.
The thing is that this book made me really mad because even when the hero claims to love the heroine a lot, because of his lifestyle he decided to marry her cousin, and then he even falls in love with this other woman while our heroine can’t move on.
Barbara is looking for this one! Oh I feel like I’ve read this one!! I love this trope. But alas, I’m hoping someone here knows it better than I do.

please help me locate a book/ author from a faded memory of a blurb. I know it’s not historical, fantasy nor cowboy.
From what I recall, I believe it’s arranged marriage where the H and h live on opposite sides of US. He summons her to NY, for divorce after 10 years. I don’t think it’s what she expected.
OHHH THIS TROPE IS MY CATNIP!!! Unrequited love and/or arranged marriage and all of the angst and turmoil that comes with it. It’s for me!!! In books. Always only in books. 😂

Jamie: Hi Maryse, have you read any books by Maya Alden? She writes books with A LOT of angst, drama and a rollercoaster ride of emotions that will keep you hooked. Golden Knights, A Modern Vintage Romance and Savannah’s Best series are my favorites.
Kathy: Maya Alden’s new one, The Wrong Fiancée release’s tomorrow. Someone mentioned this author on your page and I started to read her and I binge read most of her series. Yes, the man always does something horrible to the female lead but eventually he makes it up to her!
