Allison needs our book help! And yesssss I know this one!!! I LOVED it. Was it from Emma Scott? Okay yes!! I’m officially putting this in as my guess: A Five-Minute Life (and I 4.5 STAR LOVED it!! Here’s my review)

She asks:

Several years ago I read a book that the heroine was in a psychiatric hospital.. she was only lucid for a very short period of time.

The hero..an orderly?? Discovered a way to help her become more and more lucid as time went on.

I believe it may have been part of a series as in a secondary character had her own story afterwards. read more

BRAND NEW ROMANCE SERIES by one of our favorite authors (her writing and storytelling and emotion is just incredible!!). And we have a few in our crew that are LOVING this one as we speak!

Cheryl: Just finished The Girl in The Love Song. I so love the writing, it just flows. I wondered since this started when the H and h were 13, what would happen and would there be a long, painful separation. There was angst, but l survived. 😉

A Five-Minute Life

One of my favorite authors in the world because of her fascinating, heartwarming (and at times, super-stressful) love stories, and she’s hit another one right out of the ball park!

Whoooooooooo how I enjoyed it. I’m always wholeheartedly hooked when exploring characters dealing with mental health (or physical) conditions, and a persevering love that conquers all, and this one rocked my romance world. What I loved about it most? While it did remind me of a few movies – and the author mentions that (movies I’ll never forget, they were just so good), this story took it’s own turn and developed into a life of its own. read more
