I’m trying to find a book.

It’s a modern western written in the 1980s – probably only published as a paperback.

A cantankerous old man sells his ranch to a widow with children just to spite his neighbor, a well to do rancher. The land sold was part of the rancher’s original holdings and he’s angry about the sale and tries to buy the property from the new owner. read more

Danielle needs our book help and this one deals with very dark subject matter (put a chill up my spine) so I’m putting a trigger warning right now.

Casey is looking for this book. GASP!!!!!!! That title says it all. 😉 HOLY. MOLY. But I don’t think I’ve read it. Have you?

I read a book about a high school aged girl who used to play piano, but quit because her father had an affair with her best friend.

Her next door neighbor was a bad boy love interest, her dad took down the basketball goal because it made too much noise.

N@m needs our book help! Sounds like it’s one of two “feels”. A Cinderella story, or is this one… darker? Or will it tear our hearts out?
