I’m starting something new. 😉 I used to keep all reader questions for once a week (and post them on Thursdays) but I think it would be more fun to post them as I get them (so possibly even daily). It *could* get the book-guess to the asker quicker (plus a new possible book to read for us!!), AND we’d have a fun “guess the book” post more often to play with.

OMG THIS ONE SOUNDS TUMULTUOUS! He won’t look at her and treats her like an imbecile… and JulieO IS LOVING THIS SERIES (and is feeling relief now that the series conclusion will be live next month!!)

Mony: Will be reading… The Man Who Has No Soul (Soulless Book 1). About Cleo, a concierge in a high end hotel, who has to cater to “young and gorgeous tool” in the penthouse. 👍

JulieO: Maryse I started THE MAN WHO HAS NO SOUL yesterday …I loved it!!

Very interesting.  Both characters were fascinating.  I always like it when I learn something about an occupation.  Anyway read entire book last nite… It’s always fun when you start a book and all of a sudden the dishes don’t need to be washed and you finally notice the dog has been dancing around in front of you bc she had to go out and then you look at the time and it is 3 in the morning.  Love books like that. read more

The Player Next Door: A Novel

FANTASTIC!!!! Though I knew it would be. It’s K.A. Tucker and she’s always a sure thing or me (and for quite a few of us in our book crew).

Harper: I just finished The Player Next door. …I absolutely loved it. It’s one of those books that you read with a smile on your face and where the characters communicate as they should at their age. It reminds me of the Simple Wild. It will be on my list of favorites books of 2020.
