I read a book about a high school aged girl who used to play piano, but quit because her father had an affair with her best friend.
Her next door neighbor was a bad boy love interest, her dad took down the basketball goal because it made too much noise.

OMG!!! I DO have a category for the enemies to lovers trope on my blog (includes everything from reader questions, reviews, and series tagged this way) but how do I NOT have a favorites list for this? This is one of my FAVORITE tropes and I have quite a few I could add.
Nothing better than that resistance and the push-push (not push pull), that fuming and that agony of the inevitable slow burn when the one she (or he) can’t stand, actually shows a sweeter side. The reluctant friendship (or truce) and then… ahhhhhhhhh the romance relief. Exactly the payoff we were hoping for!!!

I love novels like Warprize by Elizabeth Vaughan and The Golden Dynasty by Kristen Ashley and Iβve finally found one that has the same pizazz. All it took was one read through of the summary and I was sold. I one clicked. I just wanted to bring this jewel to your attention. I hope you enjoy it. The book is Pathfinderβs Way by T.A. White.
