Following my heart, one book at a time...
LOVE TRIANGLE (and maybe some unrequited love!!) ALERT!! Stacie just introduced me to a series (one from last year!!) via her adamant 5-star recommendation, and so I thought I’d pass along the awesome-sounding find! She says:
“I have a 5 star book recommendation for you! I read this book 3 days ago and am still thinking about it! It’s “Becoming Us” by Amy Daws… And there is a series that goes along with it. I hi lighted pretty much all of the 2nd half of the book some quotes:
Yep… cheating/infidelity/affair books. Heroes & Heroines alike… Whatever you call this genre, it’s time to list ’em. I haven’t made a “What to Read After… ” list in awhile ’cause I reserve those for books that drove us crazy, and that we can’t stop talking about, months and maybe even years after we first read ’em. Since Arsen is still affecting readers, and books “like it” are always being compared to it (and everyone is on a quest for more like it)… well. It’s time. Even… ever since Thoughtless. Kellan wasn’t the only awesome part of that book. It was the indecision, the gaul, the hurt, and the angst that also had us hooked.
I found out about this series, yesterday, by accidentally reading the blurb for the latest book that was just released (book #3). It is now a complete series (all the books are out), but *gasp* 
I shouldn’t have read that last blurb, or maybe I should have? 😉 Because OMG it totally caught my interest. Sounds angsty and tumultuous and like love-triangley perfection. So when I mentioned it, a few of our fellow readers popped out of the woodwork to tell me they loved it. And it MUST be read in order!

I LOVED IT. L-O-V-E-D IT!!!!!!! Swooned, I did. Chuckled like crazy, I did. Grinned and beamed and butterflied like a crushing teen… I did. That could be my entire review… just… that I LOVED it.
Recommended HIGHLY by a ton in my reading crew (some of my most trusted and picky readers) …and I agree.
Tracie: I think I just read my favorite book of 2015…Yes I know it’s only April. But I’m confident. Kulti by Mariana Zapata is the definition of a slow burn by not moving slow at all. Kick ass heroine, broody, world class athlete equals perfection. You will laugh your butt off and you will swoon!! I beg everyone to read this fantastic book!!
Rock star romance series and it looks like SO much fun!!! Book one… Her “nerdy” look is much different from her hot look when he first met her… he ends up in her class, and he doesn’t RECOGNIZE her!!

“Finished Mayhem. Have to say it was one of my favorites I’ve read in awhile. While there wasn’t a ton of angst…definitely some sexual tension, the bad boy rock star and lots of humor interwoven, made it a book I was sad to finish. Looks like more are coming about fellow band members. Would definitely recommend this one.”
