Book Recommendations

Oh yes, 😋 today’s “Blast From Our Book Past” list is short but OH SO SWEET!!!! Two books, and 1 series that I 5-STARRED with my whole heart, and still stand by them with my whole heart (they hit me so hard that I still remember how I felt when I read them).

• 4 YEARS AGO TODAY, I read a book that was completely out of my norm and I LOST MY MIND over it. One of the best books I have EVER read in my life.
  Thrilling, terrifying, SO CLEVER and often hilarious (due to being in the main character’s head ). UNPUTTDOWNABLE!!! And of course, I loved the movie, but I read this first and it was SO much better. P.S. I crushed hard on this character, too. Big time. And maybe even the author (’cause HOLY MOLY can he write & in essence, he was the genius behind his main character!!!). My 5-STAR Book Review of The Martian by Andy Weir
