Audrey Carlan – Calendar Girl Series Reading Order

I’ve been seeing this series over and over again on Amazon over the last few weeks (rising in the book-charts!), and now I just found out a bunch of books in the series just made the NYT and USA Today Best Sellers list!! I’m thinking we need to check these out. 😉

I LOL’d when I saw the author’s Facebook post. And guess what? She’s a fellow Kristen Ashley reader!! So we KNOW she has great taste. 😉 She said:

“Turns out…I’m officially a #1 New York Times Best Selling Author. Little me. Audrey Carlan from Oakdale, California. January Calendar Girl is #1 this week, and February, March, and April made the list of 15 as well. I took six spots on the New York Times Best Sellers List, and 12 spots on the USA Today. Linda Kage – Forbidden Men Series Reading Order

STANDALONE “FORBIDDEN ROMANCE” SERIES ALERT!! Well, by that I mean, it would appear that each book in this series can be read as a “standalone” (even though they are “connected”). And okay well, you know why I had to highlight this series, dontcha? 😉 It’s got forbidden right in the title!!!!!

PLUS! I didn’t realize it at first, but the first book in the series is one that I already have HIGH on my TBR list. The first one: She has bad track record with relationships, but meets and becomes friends with a guy in college… and starts falling for him… “He could be my soul mate…except for one teeny tiny glitch. This brought me right back to my delightful little “escort” marathon that I had last year. Er…. I mean. READING. Reading escort BOOKS marathon. About escorts. *smirk* Hehe. Cara McKenna – Curio Series Reading Order

I read book #1 “Curio” over the summer and really enjoyed it (check out my review here). In fact, it almost made yesterday’s “Top Five Summer Reads” list (as a “cheat” extra). Almost. Instead, I thought I’d save it for today  and post it as a reading order guide. A short story, but kept me entertained for a few hours, and I actually didn’t feel like I missed out on anything. It had just enough depth and personal touches to make me forget how short this book really was. read more

Book Review – Curio by Cara McKenna

Curio and the Curio Vignettes
Another awesome short story that had just enough of everything for me to feel like I got a ton out of it, and wished for more once it was done. This one’s been brought up a few times in my reading past, but I hesitated, due to it’s length.
