Unwritten Rules
Nice cover, good solid read, but I didn’t fully “fall” for the hero. I would start to, and then something would happen that would just not let me go fully. Tortured soul that the he was, and the exciting “let her in” and “pull away when she gets too close”, it was all there. Yeah… very good. But, there was just something about this book that always held me at arms length. And come to think of it, that something was really just… “Jonah Quinn”.

A quick note to all my fellow Kellan-obsessed readers 🙂
We’re still waiting for Effortless (book #2 in the Thoughtless series) to show up on Kindle and Nook and the other bookstores. It appears to still be in “editing” for eventual sale.
In the meantime, I’ve found out that it is still available in full format, on Fictionpress (not pretty like a book, but still readable 😉 )

Look at this gorgeous cover!! Tohr looks tortured and I can’t wait to go on his journey with him. Considering he’s one of the original Brothers, I’m hoping this feels like *home* again.
I hope it has that steamy-crass-bad-boy-heart-wrenching drama that I love so much when it comes to these guys!! I mean, of course each book always *does* but I’m hoping this one’ll be super intense. Like old-school BDB intense. Considering how much he’s been through, and the tragic turn of his life, all he’s lost… I think we’re in for something BIG.
Recent Reader Recommendations
I’ve decided to post some of my reader recommendations. Considering I get so many of these each week (Thank you!! Keep ’em coming please), I figured I’d share a few of the ones that have been mentioned over and over again, and some that I’m hoping to get to soon.
Since I had so much luck with recent reader suggestions (“Fifty Shades” and the “Thoughtless” books anyone? 😉 hehe!), it would be a shame not to highlight a few of them as I get them.

Another amazing deal!!! A bargain priced e-book find that literally rocked my world. Okay, granted. Not “rocked my world” as in what’s on my latest “favorites” list, but it rocked me nonetheless. Definitely worth the read. Fun, tumultuous and shocking (oh yes! There’s even an “it’s not you, it’s me” moment… or two). I was aghast!! Offended!! Flabbergasted. Heartbroken… and as a reader… excited to be all of those things!
