This looks like a fantastic list this week. Lots of new-to-me on here. In fact, I’m all antsy and I’ve been hopping and leg wiggling with excitement in my chair, with each new recommendation… just “one-clicking” away. 😉 Some of the ones I’ve purchased: Frayed (Torn Series #2) and Blasphemous (Torn Series #3) (I already had book #1, and I just keep hearing how good this series is), Surviving Raine (a hero I’m going to love to hate, ’cause he’s a jerk!), Extinguish (a novella that I hear is SO good), The Captive Series Books 1-3 (’cause who doesn’t love a good vampire/human slave series?) and Control (I have no clue what it’s about, but Shanda’s recommendation was so adamant, that I just had to one-click it anyway).

Sweet Thing by Renee Carlino has a shiny new cover – PLUS!! A signed book GIVEAWAY!
<—– *squeeeeeeeeeeee* Sweet Thing has a new look!!!
It’s still one of my #1’s for 2013. I’m ACHING for this feeling again. I read it just a few weeks ago, it blew me away and I’m still in “sweet thing withdrawal”. This was what I had been looking for. I dunno if the magic of it was in the story-telling, or the romance or the characters or… well.. it’s just the book as a whole? The feeeel of it, of what it made ME feel. This was what I needed. And I need it again. Although you guys already know that. 😉

Another list of great looking bargains and reader suggestions below including four books that have me excited! I want to read There is No Light in Darkness and Darkness Before Dawn by Claire Contreras AND I Hope You Find Me and Lost and Found (Find Me Series) by Trish Marie Dawson (<—I hear these are horror, but at the same time, I’m wondering if they might have a touch of romance? *fingers crossed*). Either way, I think these might just be what I’m looking for in a “reading-change”. I’m looking for … *something*. I don’t know what exactly, just that it needs to give me that reading-adrenaline rush.
Sweet Thing by Renee Carlino PLUS, I have a special scene from Will’s POV…
*squeeeeeee* Remember that book I totally went nuts for a week or so ago? The one that I couldn’t help but to “5-star-plus” it. The one that made me proclaim it as:
“… one of my absolute favorites this year, and just one of my plain old favorites, altogether.”
The one where I said…
“This one had that feeling. The feeling that all of my favorite books gave me, all wrapped into one.”
Well… Sweet Thing by Renee Carlino is on sale right now!!! Today and tomorrow only, but I can’t help but *squeeeeeee* my heart out at that amazing bargain price. I LOVED THIS BOOK! I’m still thinking about it a week and a half later, and have my fingers crossed that I’m going to run across another one soon, that will have me feeling like this again. This one did it for me, and I want more!
This is one of “those” books that gives me that slight twinge of envy when I hear someone is just about to read it for the first time. Check out my review and you’ll see. The sheer number of enthusiastic comments speak for themselves.
Oh!! And guess what? A few (including myself) were wondering about a certain aspect of the story, and the author sent me a special something from Will’s POV that helps explain it. Make sure you don’t read this below, until you’ve read the actual story first (so as not to spoil it). This is an extra treat! I just received it, and now, I’m off to read it myself. 😀 YAY US!!!

My reading week was a little, well…. non-existant, so far. But that’s okay, ’cause it was entirely book related, nonetheless. Book Bash “prep” kept me in the thick of authors, their awesome books & my fellow readers, and now that the long weekend is here, I’m gonna catch up on my reading by indulging in as many books as I can fit through my eyeballs. 😉
<— Like… this one!! It’s taking our fellow readers by storm!!
Okay so these are the ones that I’m antsy for, right now. I don’t even know which one to start first… but here is my latest TBR list below (see how much I’ve switched it up from the last ones? I’m a book glutton and a bit fickle, I see. 😉 I wanna read ’em all, and still haven’t completed my other TBR lists. Ahhhh well, these are the ones at the top of my list, right now, simply due to my mood so I’m going with it.):
