In fact, this WHOLE LIST is pretty awesome’cause it’s got an abundance of both awesome-looking new releases AND awesome-sounding reader recommendations (tried and true, my friends). We are gonna have a great reading weekend!!
I jumped into a recent super-bargain that I can’t put down. Method 15/33 <— It’s a psych-thriller – you knew I couldn’t resist this one!! Remember when it was on the Tuesday list? She’s a pregnant teen that’s been kidnapped, but what her kidnappers don’t realize is that she’s a sociopath… manipulative and HIGHLY intelligent – genius, even.  YAY ME!!! I LOVE books when the victim is not so… “victim-y”. I love when everyone’s creepy! And this one is so doing it for me. The writing is incredible, and even if she’s a teen, this does not have a YA feel. P.S. Consider it a part of this list again, ’cause I’m loving it, AND it’s still super-bargain priced.

Emily: I LOVE the “Beautiful Broken” series by Kimberly Lauren but I would absolutely recommend that you read “Beautiful Broken Rules” first because all the same characters are in “Beautiful Broken Mess” and you get the foundation for so much laid out in BBR. Did I mention TWINS!?

Melinda: Just dropped in to say I bit the bullet and read FIRST, Omg this one def has Amy’s name all over it. What an emotional roller coaster. I had to ban myself from reading at work as I was scared I wouldn’t go back. It was just aaaaah soooo nice. Really different from what I expected. Maryse you just have to read it 5++++ stars.
MichelleS: First was not at all what I expected. All those feels! And it felt REAL, most importantly. Sniffle sniffle….
Melinda: MichelleS I so loved that book. Smiling, sniffing, crying, then my heart was OMG. What an emotional ride. I started to read at work then I thought omg I’m going to cry at work. I really loved it.
Amy: started First this morning. I couldn’t hold off any longer. Yeah, yeah…I know I’ve been trying to read Forget for like two or three weeks, but First is just BEGGING to be read. The prologue alone hooked me and now I’m just hoping the story itself lives up to what the prologue promised. 😉
MichelleS: Amy – yay!!! I loved First. Had to get through a few chapters before I was hooked, but then… BAM! Right in the heart. I wanted to be her. I wanted him to be mine. All the good stuff. Then I cried. You like crying, right?
Amy: OMG MichelleS, I KNOW you know what your description of First just did to me…the butterflies in my tummy feel like they just smoked a bunch of crack!! *happy dances over to the wine rack*
Melinda: Ohh and Amy, I was sucked into that book “First” with the prologue too.
You just wait. It’s really good. Your heart will love it.

HAPPY BLACK FRIDAY MY FRIENDS!!!!!! I will be playing on this post ALL day finding us the best book sale finds (today appears to be “Maryse’s Favorite Authors” super-sale day!! LOL!)  AND Black Friday “fun stuff” deals. I LOVE SHOPPING, so I’m indulging today! But, I will not brave the lines and the stores (eeeeeeeep!!! tooooo scary for me), but with online shopping, I get to play too.

Some of yesterday’s Black Friday deals are back to regular price, but some are still on!! YAY US!! And look at these two things I just found today! The “KINDLE UNLIMITED” subscription is on sale right now! AND Philips Airfryer, The Original Airfryer is another thing on my wishlist, and it’s on Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale today. I don’t have and have never had a deep fryer ’cause: 1.) I’m scared of ’em, and 2.) I can’t stand the smell. So then there’s this that would let me have my wings and my tenders and my fries and my fish sticks (and whatever else we love) just perfect!
Quite a few of our Black Friday regulars from last year are back again, ’cause they’re tried-and-true and so very popular and coveted. And kind of expensive. Except for today. 😉

Robyn: Melissa Haag’s last book in The Judgement series came out today called (Sur)real. This is a fantastic Wolf PNR. Everyone gets together with their soulmate throughout the books, form their own pack and fulfill a prophecy. The writing is fantastic and I fell in love with all the characters.
