This is the other book that was getting RAVE reviews a week or so ago that had me flip-flopping as to which one of the two I wanted to start first.
I mean… how could I resist a book about an up and coming bad-ass boxer, surviving despite his bad childhood, and despite the fact that he’s slowly going deaf?!

Beautifully written, super-sweet, wonderfully detailed and HIGHLY recommended by so many of my well-read fellow readers!

The Rosie Project: A Novel (Don Tillman Book 1)
An all around feel-good read that gave me plenty of out loud chuckles, and a mostly permanent grin as I read it. Not angsty (although plenty fun in the confusing “love” aspect), but mostly just funny as an endearing yet quirky man dead-set in his ways navigates the romance world looking for his perfect wife (dubbed “The Wife Project”). And then finds himself involved in an entirely different project, helping a woman that is ultimately wrong for him on all levels, but he can’t help but be friends with.
Dreaming of You (Gamblers)
Ahhhhh Regency romance. I’m not that familiar with the genre yet, but so far? It sure is swoon worthy, and just like Jennifer said, there are bad boy heroes in these, too! And we had a true bad boy (Derek Craven) play out in all of his glory in this book!

<— *oomph*!!!! This one has it!!! ANGST in all of it’s delicious angsty glory. IT IS HERE my friends. I was pretty much… “into” it you know? It was good, entertaining, funny, cute, and going the way I expected it to go. I could tell they were into each other, but I wasn’t FEELING that just yet, ya know? That… intense pining. The “OMG I can’t breathe when he’s around” level. Not yet.
But then… things. Karina Halle’s version of emotions kicked in and OMG. So real. So raw. So intense. And I was SO into it!!!! And so was Sherry.
