SUPER DARK ROMANCE READ ALERT! And book #2 is coming out in just a few days, so I just had to post this, especially considering the author’s warning!

Sparrow
This one had all the makings of my kind of guilty-pleasure thrill ride! With the whole kidnapping premise, and the forced marriage and living with (and hating) the captor, the unapologetic bad guy. The resistance, the fight and the fear. Finding out WHY he not only forced her from her life, but why she HAD to be his wife, too. Sounded like fun, to me!!
Cheryl: I don’t usually go for the mobster story, but couldn’t resist with all the positive recommendations. 
Anne: Just finished Sparrow and loved it!! The H was such a jerk but I fell so hard for him. The h was wonderful too! 5 stars from me.
Y’all know I’m on a big psych-thriller kick, and even better, if it incorporates a love story – especially the unconventional kind 😉 *waggles eyebrows*. One that really messes with my heart AND my mind, ’cause that’s the best of both worlds, for me!
Something with a bad guy, maybe even one that we fall for (and get the surprise of our life), or maybe one that we didn’t even realize IS the bad guy/girl… whatever. 😉 I wanna “be” the victim… OR… I wanna “be” the bad-guy. Either POV is full-on chills and thrills.
Ricochet
This one caught my eye a few months ago upon its release, and nooooooo, not just ’cause of that gorgeous, mesmerizing cover ;)! It totally gave me a blurb jolt and I highlighted it big time:

DARK READ ALERT and I plan on reading it this week!!! I can’t wait, especially since some of our fellow readers right here on the blog LOVED it! And who can resist THAT cover? 😉 Plus, it took Jean right out of her reading funk. NOW THAT is awesome!
