Tessa: Something definitely unique and fantasy is Secondborn by Amy Bartol.  :) I really liked that series, and am waiting with bated breath for the last of the trilogy. (I think it will be anyway?)

…Secondborn and Traitor Born by Amy Bartol just blew me away. It was so high in angst, GAH. I loved it.

Nay: I’m going to check out this Secondborn series, even if it is YA. If they’re angsty enough, sometimes I end up loving them more than some of the corny NAs out there. read more

Hi Maryse.

It’s me again.  I’m looking for a book that has a couple that reunited.

A book like  The Sweet Gum Tree by Katherine Allred But not the exact same. Like this book is like one with 100% love & anguish feels to it .
I liked the Sweet Gum Tree because of the character development.  Slow romance but not too slow. The love between the characters.

The anguish, abuse Nick faced then the anguish Alix faced later on, the sacrifice Nick did… the separation. Then Nick groveling or more asking for forgiveness. read more
