Okay guys. I just finished this one late last night, and cried my eyes out. Big fat ploppy tears that I couldn’t even see through, forcing me to take a break, but the minute I got a hold of myself, I was right back in. Don’t be scared. It’s an AMAZING book (I promise!!!! Okay? :D!!! ). This is definitely a 5-star read AND will absolutely make my TOP 2017 list. Oh HECK YES. In fact, I’ll be posting my review shortly, and I’m SO excited to release my feelings into words.

Kim Holden – Bright Side Series Reading Order
[lasso rel=”bright-side-10th-anniversary-edition” id=”109592″]
<— Considered one of our most beloved tear-jerkers (and SO OFTEN recommended on our favorites lists, like THIS list, THIS list, THIS list, and THIS list), it has now become a series!!!! YAY US!!!!! —> And here’s my review.
Meredith: I take your recommendations VERY seriously
I downloaded “Bright Side” two days ago and CANT. PUT. IT. DOWN. I have loved ALOT of books, but this one has a special place in my heart. The characters are so LOVABLE and the story SO tragic!! I will read it over and over and over. Its one of those books, that just stick with you long after its over. I rate this one right up there with all my favorites, this author is just incredible!! Even if you don’t review it, READ IT! This book needs to be shared!!!!
The Ultimate “Marmy” Book List – The best jaw-dropping, ugly-cry, super-angsty awesome reads!
I know… some of you are shaking your head, maybe even rolling your eyes and thinking,
what the heck is she talking about now? Her and her crazy made-up words.
What is a “Marmy” list?
Tee hee!!! *giggles with glee*
Some however, who have been actively chatting books with us for months, maybe even years now, know exactly what it is, ’cause it’s YOU guys that have dubbed these books the “Marmy” books.
Marmy books are those that my “book-twin” (Amy) and I always seem to love. Maryse & Amy = “Marmy” (ergo “Marmy” books). If one loves it, the other surely will. And generally, the more traumatic, or emotionally stunning, the better. 😉
Book Review – The Promise of Stardust by Priscille Sibley
The Promise of Stardust: A Novel
OMG what a premise!!!! This one had me in knots and infuriated and choking on my own flabbergastment <— Okay yeah not a word but… you get the picture. I was incensed and devastated and while I could technically “understand” the two sides of this incredibly heartbreaking, unfair situation, in my mind, the answer was clear, and I couldn’t even believe we could possibly be debating this!!!!
But… there’s always room for debate, and in a case like this, the opinions are vehement and I have no doubt, in real life, the opposition would be just as intense.
Book Review – Full Tilt by Emma Scott
Full Tilt
BIG FAT FLOPPY TEARS ALERT!!!! I read this dry-eyed right to the end (waiiiiit for it…), knowing for sure… I was bound to cry, right? Why wasn’t I crying yet? WHOA THAT PART? WHOA. THAT THOUGHT? WHOA. WHAT HE/SHE JUST SAID?!!!!! WHOA. THAT FEELING?!! But it’s as if my emotions were on standby. Like I was scared. Like I was waiting… for something, and I didn’t know if I needed to cry for heartache and pain, or for joy. Or for both.
A twinge of unease tainted my happiness, like a drop of black ink in a clear bowl.
