Hrmmm… audiobooks, huh? I’ve always been tempted but never relented. Until now. ‘Cause… lately I’ve been noticing some awesome favorite books on sale that are in “audiobook” format appearing in my Facebook news feed. Lots of our fellow readers are audiobook fans. In fact a few insist on ’em!
I never purchased them (even on sale), ’cause I always assumed I’d drift, ya know? Having control of my own reading experience seemed to be the only way I could properly take in a book. But I’m hearing more and more about how awesome audiobooks are. The convenience (especially for those that can’t sit and read, because they’re doing something, so instead, they listen…). Why not, right? Same story, same length. All the details are there… we’re just not reading it ourselves. Someone is reading it to us. Heck… that sounds awesome!
