Barely Breathing (The Breathing Series, #2)
*SLIGHT* Spoiler alert, but only for those who haven’t read book #1 (Reason to Breathe). Not really any spoilers BUT if you haven’t even read book #1, stay away from this review altogether, and go experience that one first (if you’re up to it. It will leave you an emotional wreck). I’m warning you, you will feel spent after reading it, but you’ll badly want to read #2 once you’re done. Here’s my review of #1.

Book Review – Beyond Eden by Kele Moon
Beyond Eden
This book pushed me to the edge of my comfort zone. Ahhhh heck. What am I saying. It pushed me passed it. I mean… just look at the cover. You so know what you’re getting into with this one. But it had been recommended so many times, even made my friends cry!! It was obviously not just an erotic “fluff” piece, but an emotional read as well. Considering how much I loved this author’s book “Defying the Odds” I definitely wanted to give this a try.
So Funny!!! Fifty Shades of Grey Featured on SNL – Must SEE!!
OMG this is just too much! Fifty Shades of Grey on SNL. You know they say… once you’ve been “parodied” on SNL, you know you’re bigger than life! I couldn’t stop giggling, it’s just perfect and I had to share (and I must thank Kristen for bringing it to our attention!!)
Book Review – Reason to Breathe by Rebecca Donovan
Reason To Breathe (The Breathing Series, #1)
Assuredly, this is one great (tragic) story. So often recommended and the only thing holding me back was the cliffhanger. I was waiting for book #2, and ahhhhhhh finally! It has been released, which meant I could finally read this one.
Carrie: I just finished Reason to Breathe and LOVED it. I laughed, I cried and I could NOT put it down. The story is one that leaves you unable to stop thinking about it when you’re done and that, to me, is a sign of a good book. I wanted to re-read it when I was done. You can’t help but feel like you’re right there watching it all unfold. The characters are believable and lovable and while this is YA, there is definite tension. I highly recommend it and would love to see a review. I know some people have an issue with the ending, but I get why the author did it this way and I very much look forward to a sequel is due in May 2012…
