To continue with my Thanksgiving week “Kristen Ashley” marathon, here is yet another one of her series that I MUST get to. In my reading frenzy to immediately get to everything she’s written, I’ve been vehemently encouraged, again, to read, yet another one of her books, ASAP. At this rate, I’ll be reading three of her series at the same time. But it’s all good. If it puts my fellow reading friends in a frenzy, I’m happy to be right in the middle of it!
Happy Black Friday!! The Latest Free & Bargain E-books – November 25th 2011
Happy Black Friday!!! Look at all the book deals I found! How does FREE sound!? A few sweet Christmas-y type books too!! After all that shopping and bargain hunting, relax tonight with a great freebie to add to your fabulous finds of the day 🙂
And, Amazon’s big Black Friday deal that is “book related” is the Kindle DX (save $120 on the Kindle DX – usually $379, today $259). I wondered why the Kindle Fire was so much cheaper ($199) considering how awesome it looks, but my husband said the DX was the big screen one. (Kindle DX, Free 3G, 9.7″ E Ink Display, 3G Works Globally)
Happy Thanksgiving!!
I have so much to be thankful for, and I’m especially thankful to be able to share it with you!
Kristen Ashley – Crime (The ‘Burg) Series Reading Order Guide
One of the books (#2) in this series caught my eye, yesterday when I was downloading a different book from this author’s “Colorado series”.
The part that caught my eye in this series was this:
“… she meets sinister, scarred, scarily attractive security specialist, Joe Callahan…”
“But Violet doesn’t know the dark secrets in Joe’s past, secrets so soul-wrenching, they’ve drained him dry. With nothing left to give, Joe’s determined to live his life alone and he breaks Violet’s heart.”
Kristen Ashley – Colorado Mountain Series Reading Order
This is the series that started me on my Kristen Ashley marathon. Her Rock Chick series was recommended, but, I dunno… as I was scrolling through the list of her books, I started on this series instead. I hadn’t even read the premise of the Rock Chick books yet (so it wasn’t about that), but “Tate”, from book #2 in this series, was just… calling to me. And once I started it, I knew I’d end up devouring all of her books. It was AWESOME!!! Addictive, and you end up really caring for the main characters and their entourage. In all actuality, I had no idea he (Tate) was part of a series, so I sorta started in the middle, but no biggie! While they all occur in roughly the same “area”, each story stands on it’s own.
