<—- This book. THIS BOOOOOOOK!!!! I am on a 5-star roll lately, and this just got added to the bunch! I just had a chat with Autumn (one of my book buddies) and we couldn’t stop raving together. I pretty much reviewed the book “at her”. She pulled out all of the BEST quotes, and I swear, this book touched me… (us) deeply.
I fell in love, and I got to experience alllllll that went along with that. The fun “beginning”, the getting to know the entourage, that friend/family feel <— one of the BEST parts of this book.

The synopsis sold me (before it was released) and it was so worth the wait. As soon as it was live, I got excited and one-click happy, and just had to have it. I am all about an unconventional love story!

But after so many years of worry, she had no voice left for grief. And she couldn’t imagine feeling a worse sort of pain.
Book Review – Lick by Kylie Scott

<—- This is the stuff my rock star dreams are made of. WOW, you guys. I just couldn’t get enough, from start to finish this book OWNED me. Now, y’all know I am a HUGE Kylie Scott fan (her zombie apocalypse/steamy romance novels totally do it for me). But this one? The BEST of the bunch so far. 5 stars. I’m sayin’ it now for those who don’t wanna know anymore, and want to get reading.
I’ll admit, while I was VERY excited to be getting a new rock star book from an author that I already know I love, I simultaneously wondered if she could make a new rock star story stand-out amidst the huge slew of ’em already out there. I’ve loved some. I’ve left some. But there are lots to choose from. Rock star romance lovers, do yourself a favor. CHOOSE THIS. This is one of those.
Book Review – Emerge by S.E. Hall
Emerge (Evolve Series)
The recommendations from our fellow readers were adamant, for this one. Er, well… adamant is putting it mildly, and while it wasn’t even on my radar at the time the excitement started pouring in, the obvious enthusiasm for the book was contagious. I wanted in, and I wanted to be hooked too, so I bought and started it right away.
