It was almost exactly a year ago today that I discovered my absolute LOVE for pretty much… anything written by Kristen Ashley. Yep! Last year , on this very weekend, give or take a day, I started reading “Sweet Dreams” and fell head-over-heels in love with “Tate” and his world (you can check out my book review here). That small town feel, her sexy yet unfussy alpha, leather-wearing H.O.G. riding bikers, and all that encompasses Kristen Ashley’s true “bad-boy” alpha heroes.

And that night, I had to force myself to put the book down to go to a rodeo. My first rodeo! While I was there (and absolutely loving it),  I couldn’t help but feel extra-dreamy in my Tate-haze, watching these real-life bad-ass cowboys, “riding” in a different sense. So to me, I had THREE firsts that weekend. Kristen Ashley, bad-ass bikers, and true bad-ass cowboys.

So guess where I went last night? Yep! It was rodeo time again, and I was feeling super-nostalgic (that’s what clued me in to it being a year since I first “met” Kristen). Missing Tate and really missing this author! But I shall celebrate my one year “Kristen Ashley” anniversary with a Kristen Ashley read!
