Latest Kristen Ashley Book Has Been Released!! “Knight” (a Real Bad Boy Anti-Hero)

I’ve been highly anticipating this one (Knight (The Unfinished Hero Series), awaiting it’s release since Kristen teased us in a recent newsletter:

“I’ve always wanted to write book about a bad guy. A real bad guy. Not one who seeks or finds redemption but one you can’t help but love and hope he gets his girl. They have both already come to me and I have to say I am itching to dig into them. His name will be Knight (yep, hokie but I do not care… he’s hot) and she will be Anya. Oh WOW!!! My husband has been sneaky again!! The good kind of sneaky. He just presented me with the most awesome piece of slam-poetry, as sent to him by none other, then THE fabulous, wonderful, adorable and super-duper talented author… Colleen Hoover.

Book Review – Crow’s Row by Julie Hockley

Another book, another winner! And I know it’s a winner because I’ve been in a stupor all day. Moping. I’ve been thinking about these characters, rehashing scenes, using my own “imagination” for a few *ahem* (hee hee!!), laughing to myself over a specific ruined Maserati scene. I’ve been speculating… daydreaming if you will, about the upcoming second book, allllll day. I’ve been trying to discuss the book with my husband, dropping little scene hints, hoping that he’d indulge me, and finally ask me to tell him alllllll about it.. read more

Slammed and Point of Retreat. Easily two of the best books of 2012 (already!!). I totally TOTALLY feel like I lucked out with these!! I can’t even believe that Slammed has been available to read (since January), and I didn’t know!! There I was, so desperate for our next big *squee*, and there they were. Luckily, one of our fellow readers found it, and we went crazy, didn’t we!? And yet, it was a nice, gentle… cuddly kind of crazy. read more

*slight spoiler alert* For those of you who haven’t yet read the series yet, check out my “series review” —> I have Terrible Fever – My Review of the Downside Ghosts Series by Stacia Kane. Do not read further below, as there may be *slight* spoilers as I backtrack  bit, and the fun in the series is the ongoing emotional drama and not knowing how it’s going to end up. I highly recommend reading the series, in order, to fully appreciate this book.
